ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase (for any reason), we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase.

We just ask that all products are unworn, unwashed and in new condition with swing tags attached, and any packaging included. Item/s which are damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

For full price items – the product can be returned online for a full refund, exchange or credit note. 

For sale items – while we do not offer refunds, we are happy for you to exchange or for a store credit.

Once we receive your return, our returns team will aim to process it within 5 business days. 

Please Note: we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the garment is deemed faulty.

Australia - Deliveries for orders over the value of $130.00 are free.

Orders under $130.00 will incur an $15.00 delivery charge.

Please note that our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit note.
